The rotten cold virus I fought off earlier has come back with a vengeance, swooping down on me like Dracula biting a victim. So here’s a link to some foods that help the immune system fight colds and flu, along with my best wishes that you stay healthy this spring and don’t catch any viruses. (Cranberries – never thought of those for a cold before.)
