My family and I are getting together with friends today, and we’ll be drinking a lot of wine. So this is just a reminder that a little wine is good for you. It’s filled with resveratrol, and it helps your heart, and it lowers your stress level. Not just red wine, but white wine as well.
So if you’ve got holidays this weekend, enjoy them; and don’t forget (unless you’ve got compelling reasons not to): have a glass of wine.
